Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, you can’t quite find your rhythm or feel the way you want to feel?

Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck in a low-energy loop - overwhelmed, drained, or just not yourself. Or maybe you’re doing all the right things, but something still feels missing?

Here’s the truth: it’s not about doing more. It’s about tuning into the right frequency - the one that aligns with the energy, joy, and harmony of who you truly are. 

That’s why I wrote "The Frequency Shift: How to raise your Vibration and feel more aligned and authentically you."  It’s a simple, powerful guide to help you realign your energy, feel more in tune with yourself, step into a higher vibe and start living in a way that feels aligned and authentically you: 

1.    Tune Your Frequency Like a Radio

What it means: Just like a radio, your thoughts and emotions are constantly broadcasting a 'magnetic' frequency. - what you're sending out bounces straight back - it's determined by the Law of Vibration - the primary law of the Law of Attraction. The Universe doesn't read your mind, it reads you're vibration... 

If you’re stuck in frustration or worry, you’re “tuned” to a lower frequency, which attracts more of the same. But when you shift to gratitude, joy, or curiosity, you’re tuning into a higher frequency that aligns with peace and harmony.

Action step: Take time to pause and ask yourself, “What frequency am I broadcasting?” If it’s not where you want to be, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and visualise yourself tuning a dial to a higher frequency by reachig for a better feeling thought - one of peace, love, or excitement. Feel the shift in your body.

2.    Understand the Power of Resonance

What it means: Resonance is the idea that similar vibrations amplify each other. That’s why being around positive, high-energy people can make you feel amazing, while negativity can drain you. Your environment matters more than you think!

Action step: Look around your space right now. Is there anything that feels heavy, cluttered, or out of alignment with the energy you want to feel? Remove what doesn’t resonate with your highest self - whether it’s an object, a habit, or even a thought pattern.

3.    Shift from Reaction to Intention

What it means: Many of us live in reaction mode, letting external circumstances dictate our energy. But the law of vibration teaches us that we are the creators of our energy, which creates our reality. When we set an intention for how we want to feel, we take control of your frequency.

Action step: Each morning, set an intention for your energy - I do this before I turn my phone on each day - decide how you want to feel, how you want your day to go.. Check in with yourself during the day and don't beat yourself if it's not going to plan - just re-focus. It's a practice and it takes time.

4.    Use Visualisation to Amplify Your Energy

What it means: Your brain doesn’t know the difference between something vividly imagined and something real. When you visualise yourself in a high-vibrational state: feeling happy, successful, or at peace - you’re literally rewiring your brain and body to match that frequency.

Action step: Spend a couple of minutes visualising your ideal day. See yourself moving through it with ease, joy, and confidence. Imagine the colours, sounds, and feelings of that high-vibe state. The more vivid you make it, the more powerful the effect. I don't always find it easy, but when I really stick with it, it does work! 

Remember, your vibration is your power. It’s the energy you bring into every moment, every interaction, and every decision. When you choose to shift your frequency, you’re not just changing how you feel, you’re changing what you attract, how you show up, and the life you create.

Tune into gratitude (that's the highest vibration of all!) clear your space and set an intention.
